She died on 8 June 1804, at age 48, in Ross, Ohio, United States, She was the first adult buried in the new Center Friends Burial Grounds. Records stated died in Clinton County, which did not exist in 1804. Depending on where she died, it could have either been in Ross or Warren County. I am guessing it was Ross County as that is where the cemetey is located.
